Philly LIFTS Introduction Folder For New Parents
Philly LIFTS is a program through Philadelphia's Substance Use Prevention and Harm Reduction (SUPHR) division that connects families of infants diagnosed with Neonatal abstinence syndrome (NAS) to needed services. This project was created to give to new parents with infants diagnosed with NAS before they leave the hospital. The folder was designed to be friendly and gender inclusive. It includes an introduction letter from Philly LIFTS's Outreach Specialist, information about NAS, an overview of services and resources that the program provides, and contact information so parents can arrange a home visit.
